Terilyn Juarez Monroe

Terilyn Juarez Monroe currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Guardant Health, a precision oncology company, since January 2024. In addition, Terilyn is a Board Member at CASSY, an organization dedicated to youth mental health. Prior to their current role, Terilyn held the position of Chief People Officer at Bonterra, where collaboration with the CEO helped shape organizational strategy, and at Varian, where leadership contributed to a significant acquisition by Siemens Healthineers. Terilyn's extensive experience also includes serving as Chief People and Culture Officer at Acxiom and Chief Diversity Officer at Intuit, where a focus on creating performance-driven cultures and enhancing employee engagement was pivotal. Earlier career roles include leadership positions in communication and HR at Amdocs, Nortel Networks, Bay Networks, and Amdahl Corp. Terilyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from San Jose State University.
