Aaron Bracey

Aaron Bracey is a seasoned construction manager with extensive experience in property management and construction oversight. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at Guardian Asset Management since March 2021, Aaron oversees single-family residential construction, maintenance, and project transitions across multiple states including Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. Prior to this role, Aaron held various positions including Project Manager/Foreman at Witsken Landscaping, and held responsibilities in logistics at JARS TD INC. Additional experience includes roles in family services coordination and pastoral leadership. Aaron obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Mid-Continent University and pursued studies in counseling at Lexington Baptist College.
