Roseller Flores

Roseller Flores, BS ChE, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as QESH Manager at Guardian Chemicals Inc. since April 2024, Roseller also holds the position of Senior Business Partner at Management Consulting Inc., where the focus is on quality and cost reduction strategies. Previous roles include National Quality Manager at NRB Modular Solutions and Quality System Manager at RGL Reservoir Management Inc. Roseller has developed and implemented quality management systems at multiple organizations, including Magna IV Engineering and TOP CO LP, demonstrating expertise in enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining safety standards. An alumnus of Saint Louis University with a degree in Chemical Engineering, Roseller is also a member of the Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers and has received specialized training in quality management systems.
