Shannen Francis

Shannen Francis has gained diverse professional experience, beginning as a Clerical Assistant at the Ministry of Works and Transport in 2010 and at the Ministry of Health Care in 2012, followed by a role in the Farmer's Registration Programme at the Ministry of Food Production Land and Marine Affairs from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Shannen worked as a part-time secondary teacher at Class Enterprise Private Secondary School, covering subjects such as mathematics and economics. An internship at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank in 2017 focused on economic research in "Financial Technology and Economic Growth." Since December 2015, Shannen is employed as a Business Analyst at Guardian Group Trinidad and Tobago within the Reinsurance LHP Department, also functioning as an Actuarial Student, specializing in actuarial and risk analytics, KPI reports, and business cycle operations.
