Elyse Leighty

Elyse Leighty is an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager with a solid background in healthcare management, currently serving at Guardian Elder Care since December 2015. Prior to this role, Elyse worked at Horizons Hospice from June 2013 to December 2015, also as a Registered Nurse Case Manager. Elyse's nursing career began at Altoona Regional Health System from July 2009 to May 2011 as a Registered Nurse, following a position as a Registered Nurse/Nurse Supervisor at The Village at Morrisons Cove in 2012. Elyse holds an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Mount Aloysius College, where education was completed from 2006 to 2009, and graduated from Altoona Area High School in 2006.
