Jason Bradley has over 20 years of work experience in the security and monitoring industry. Jason currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Guardian Protection since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Care and Monitoring Operations at Guardian Protection from September 2017. Jason also worked as the Director of Central Station Operations at Guardian Protection from March 2014 to September 2017. Before joining Guardian Protection, Jason worked at AT&T Digital Life as an Area Manager of Monitoring Operations from June 2011 to March 2014. Jason was responsible for creating call center operations and building AT&T's first UL listed alarm monitoring facility. Jason also developed comprehensive monitoring market test cases. Jason's earlier experience includes working as the Central Station Manager at CPI Security from May 2004 to June 2011, where they re-engineered operations and achieved industry-leading alarm response time. Jason also worked as the Call Center Operations Manager at Checkpoint Ltd / Adelphia Communications from March 1999 to May 2004. In this role, they oversaw call center operations, developed internal operations to support acquisitions, and successfully enhanced revenue streams for regional clients.
Jason Bradley attended the City & Guilds of London Institute from 1985 to 1987, where they obtained an NVQ in Business & Administration. In 2004, they participated in a program at Dale Carnegie focused on Effective Communications & Human Relations/Skills For Success. In terms of additional certifications, Jason obtained a Burglar Alarm Company Agent certification from the State of Utah in March 2017, a Licensed Qualifying Agent certification from the State of Tennessee in 2016, and an Oregon Private Security Executive Manager License from the State of Oregon in 2013.
