Jessica Swanson

Jessica Swanson has a wide range of work experience, primarily focused in the business systems and property management fields. Jessica'smost recent position was as the Director of Business Systems at Guardian since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Systems Analyst from January 2017 to December 2020. Jessica also has experience as a Yardi Support Specialist, Compliance Generalist, Community Manager, and Assistant Manager at Guardian from 2011 to 2017. In addition, they are the owner of JSwanson Consulting since March 2018.

Jessica Swanson attended Portland State University - School of Business from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. From 2012 to 2014, they studied at Penn State University, completing another Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Lastly, from 2013 to 2015, Jessica attended Eastern Oregon University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Leadership, Organization, and Management.
