Ryan Withall

Ryan Withall has extensive work experience in the real estate and development industry. Ryan currently holds the position of Vice President of Acquisitions at Guardian, where they have been since December 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Development Consultant at Zen Development Consultants LLC from July 2023 to December 2023. Ryan also served as an Acquisitions Consultant at Sunrise Affordable Housing Group, Inc. from March 2023 to June 2023. Before that, Ryan held the role of Vice President of Investments at Conifer Realty from February 2022 to January 2023. Ryan worked as the Director of Acquisitions and Development at Lincoln Avenue Capital from April 2017 to February 2022. Ryan's earlier experience includes roles such as Development Associate at Hudson Valley Property Group, Real Estate Transaction Services Intern at New York City Economic Development Corporation, Summer Analyst Fellow at HR&A, and Research Assistant at Yale Office of Sustainability/Yale Office of Facilities. Ryan started their professional career as a 7th/8th Grade Science Teacher at The East Harlem School from September 2010 to June 2012.

Ryan Withall completed their education in a combination of business, environmental studies, and engineering. Ryan received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Yale School of Management from 2012 to 2015. During the same period, they also obtained a Master of Environmental Management degree from Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, with a focus on City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning, and Green Building. Prior to that, they completed their B.S. in Earth and Environmental Engineering from Columbia University, graduating in 2010.
