Alex Othmer

Alex Othmer is a seasoned executive with a strong background in leadership and organizational development, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Guardian Revival since October 2019, focusing on the mental health and wellbeing of veterans and first responders. As the Founder and Owner of Deep Revival, Alex has been delivering leadership keynotes and training workshops since March 2018. Previous experience includes serving as a Leadership Specialist at O2X Human Performance from February 2021 to January 2023 and as a Navy SEAL at Naval Special Warfare Command from May 2013 to July 2021. Alex also held the role of Executive Director of Organizational Development and Director of Strategic Government Initiatives at Celularity, Inc. Alex's educational background includes a BS in Nautical Science from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, an MPS in Psychology from Penn State University, an MA in Public Leadership from the University of San Francisco, and executive education from Columbia Business School and Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management, focusing on high-impact leadership and communication strategies for senior leadership.
