George Tarricone

George Tarricone has extensive experience in operations management and property oversight, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Core Facility Services, LLC since August 2014. In this role, George provides strategic assistance to site employees, focusing on critical systems, new installations, retrofits, troubleshooting, technology, sustainability, and overall site operations. Additionally, George has been a Property Manager at Guardian Service Industries, Inc. since August 2009, where responsibilities include managing HVAC maintenance and vendor contracts, as well as generating monthly building operations reports for OGS. George's previous experiences include serving as Chief Engineer at the Royal Bank of Scotland from January 2008 to August 2009 and as Assistant Chief at Hines from November 1997 to January 2008.
