Karen Tines

Karen Tines is an experienced business manager with a strong background in finance, accounting, and operations. Currently serving as the Business Manager for Guardians of Honor, LLC since January 2023, Tines previously held the same position at the Universities Space Research Association, where leadership was provided to the Science and Technology Institute. Prior roles include managing the Civil Works Department for Northrop Grumman Information Systems, with a focus on advanced geospatial intelligence systems, and contributing to various business management functions at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Tines also served as a Sr. Program Manager at Benchmark Electronics and as VP of Accounting/Finance at New Century Pharmaceuticals. With auditing experience from the Defense Contract Audit Agency and degrees in Accounting and an Executive MBA from Belhaven University and the University of Alabama, Tines brings a comprehensive understanding of both governmental and commercial sectors.
