Artur Käpp

Artur Käpp is the CTO and co-founder of guavaHR, a human resources management software company. Prior to guavaHR, Artur worked as a computer lab assistant at the University of Tartu, where they helped students with their web development projects. Artur also worked as a software tester at Campalyst, where they started out doing black-box testing but eventually began writing code as well. In 2013, Artur became the CTO of Stebby, a position they held until 2018. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the work of in-house and outsourced developers, and solving problems as they arose. Artur also handled servers, deployments, and technologies used by the company.

Artur Käpp studied software engineering at the University of Tartu and the Tallinn University of Technology, before earning their bachelor's degree in informatics from the University of Tartu. Artur also has a certification from Clarified Security OÜ in web application security.

Their manager is Taavi Toots, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Kristiina Beljajev - Customer Success Manager, Jari Huttunen - Country Manager, Finland, and Tarmo Adamson - Country Manager, Estonia. and Abid Hassan Tokee - Software Developer reports to Artur Käpp.
