Elkhan Nasibov

Elkhan Nasibov is the Executive Director, Chief Compliance Officer, and MLRO at GUAVAPAY since April 2017. Also, he currently serves as a Judge at the PAY360 Awards and is associated with The Payments Association. With a Master's degree from American University in Dubai and a Bachelor's degree from Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University, Elkhan has a strong educational background. Prior to his current roles, he held positions such as Head of Compliance at NC Bank and Credit Inspector at Sberbank.
