Erika Dimmler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Erika started their career as an Editorial Assistant at CNN in 1997 and then became an Assignment Editor from 2001 to 2005. During their time at CNN, they also worked as a White House Producer, where they traveled extensively with the White House and served as the primary liaison between the TV networks and the White House. Erika also worked as a Producer for CNN's 2012 Political Campaign.
In 2012, Erika joined FUSE Corps as a Fellow, where they participated in a mid-career fellowship program focused on tackling city-wide challenges in local and federal government. Erika then worked as a Project Manager at St. HOPE Public Schools from 2012 to 2014.
Erika's passion for food and nutrition led their to roles such as U.S Project Manager at the Jamie Oliver Food Foundation from 2015 to 2017, where they led project management of the Teaching Kitchen at Stanford University and created a marketing plan for the Cook Smart curriculum. Erika also worked as a Regional PR Director for Whole Foods Market from 2017 to 2018, providing proactive PR and crisis support for over 70 locations.
Erika's experience in the food industry continued with a role as PR/Comms at Good2Go from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Marketing Communications at Guckenheimer since 2019.
Erika Dimmler has a BA in English Literature and International Studies from Boston College. Erika also studied Spanish Language and Literature at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and English Literature at the University of Oxford.
