Will Johnstone

Will Johnstone is an experienced operations and management professional with a robust background in the food service industry. Currently serving as Interim General Manager at ISS Guckenheimer since 2004, Will oversees commissary operations and strengthens client relationships in multiple Seattle accounts. Previous roles include General Manager of a corporate conference center, where responsibilities involved hospitality and facilities management, overseeing a corporate food program, and developing staff. Additional experience includes management positions at Zao Noodle Bar and Briazz, along with project assistance at JLL and tour management at the Chicago Architecture Foundation. Will holds a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communications from the Illinois Institute of Technology and has further education in cooking and hospitality.
