Novianti S.Psi is an experienced HR professional specializing in talent acquisition and employee development. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition specialist at GudangAda since July 2021, Novianti supports the HR Business Partner for the sales team by managing employee relations and conducting training programs. Prior experience includes roles in operational excellence at SUNTORY GARUDA, recruiting at PT Kobe Boga Utama, and recruitment and training responsibilities at PT Sukses Abadi Farmindo and SUNTORY GARUDA.
