Ernest Aughenbaugh

Ernest Aughenbaugh has extensive experience in operations and engineering, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Gudel, Inc. since June 2012, Ernest has held multiple leadership roles including Operations Manager, Supply Chain, Facilities, and IT Manager, and Vice President of Customer Service and Operations. Prior to this, Ernest also worked at Gudel, Inc. from November 2003 to 2012 as Engineering Manager and Control Engineer. Additional experience includes a role as Application Engineer at Acerisoft and positions as Assembly Supervisor and Engineer at R&B Machine Tool Corp. Ernest holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, earned between 1993 and 1996.
