Ivana Plechaty

Ivana Plechaty is an experienced HR and project management professional with a robust background in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Project Lead and Director of Operations at Correntics since April 2024, and as Chief Human Resources Officer at Güdel Group since March 2023, Ivana has held significant positions at Moderna and Kao Corporation, focusing on strategic HR management in multiple regions. Prior to these roles, Ivana led HR operations across EMEA at Carbonite and managed payroll services at Stryker. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ZHAW Zurich University and a Master's in Contemporary English Literatures and Religious Studies from the University of Bern, complemented by extensive international experience and education.
