Rachel Awes is a seasoned psychologist, author, speaker, and art playgroundist with over two decades of experience. At Rachel Awes Psychologist Author Art Playgroundist, Rachel provides psychological services and delivers inspirational talks on topics such as self-worth, deep listening, and self-care. Rachel has authored and illustrated four gift books, available on Etsy, and engages audiences through dynamic speaking engagements, including participation in the Duluth Women's Expo.
