Cyndie Daley Michel

Cyndie Daley Michel has a long and varied work experience. Cyndie began their career in 1990 as President/CFO of Mechanical Insulation Specialists. In 2012, they moved to Bombard Mechanical as Controller/Insulation Manager. In 2015, they took on the role of Division Controller at Southland Industries, where they were responsible for developing and implementing systems that supported sound operational and financial decision-making. In 2017, they became Chief Financial Officer at Insight Investment Partners, where they were responsible for overseeing the General Accounting and Financial Reporting functions. In 2021, they moved to Hubble as VP Finance and Accounting. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed CFO of Guerdon LLC, the leading systems-built, off site producer of large modular construction projects and modular multi-family housing in the western United States.

Cyndie Daley Michel completed their Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from UNLV Lee Business School between 1989 and 1991. Cyndie then went on to earn their MBA in Business from UNLV Lee Business School between 1994 and 1998. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant from the Washington State Board of Accountancy.
