Mary Kay Auer has a long and varied work experience. Mary Kay began their career in 1992 as an Engineering Intern at Volvo Trucks Sverige. In 1994, they became a Quality Engineering Intern at AT&T, and then moved on to AMP Incorporated (now TE Connectivity) in 1995, where they held the roles of Quality Assurance Engineer and Rotation Engineer. In 2000, they became a Quality Assurance Engineer at RFMD (now Qorvo, Inc.). From 2001 to 2005, they were a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at TE Connectivity, where they executed introduction and qualification of quality plans for two new multi-million dollar product lines, implemented use of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) tools in manufacturing environment, and was the primary communication interface with customers and suppliers relating to quality concerns. Since 2005, they have been a Stay-at-Home Parent, and in 2022, they will become a Staff Quality Assurance Engineer at Guerrilla RF.
Mary Kay Auer earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech in 1995, having started their studies there in 1991.
