David Wilde

David Wilde has had a diverse work experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. Starting in 1985, they served as a General Manager at various Doubletree properties in Denver, St. Louis, and Seattle under Hilton Worldwide. In 2001, they became the Managing Director for West Coast Operations at Guest Services, Inc. David also served as a member of the Tacoma Regional Convention and Visitor Bureau during the same time. In 2003, they joined the Pierce County - Lodging Tax Advisory Committee as a Member. In 2010, they became a Commissioner for the Pierce County - Tourism Promotion Commission. Finally, in 2013, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Rainier Guest Services, LLC.

David Wilde attended the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 1974 to 1976, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA). Their field of study included Accounting and Hotel & Restaurant Management.
