Paul Pagliaro

Paul Pagliaro has held various roles in the software and financial industries since 1997. From 1997-2001, they were the Director of Marketing for Global Private Banking and VP/Head of CIBC Trust, Wealth Management at CIBC Wealth Management. From 2001-2002, they were the Principal at Business and Management Consulting. From 2002-2014, they were the President & CEO at Milano Software. From 2014-2016, they were the SVP of Products at HRSG. From 2016-2019, they were the Director of Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions at Jonas Software. Finally, from 2019-2022, they were the VP of Strategic Initiatives - Jonas Software Australia - US Operations at GuestVision (wholly owned subsidiary of Jonas Software/CSU:TSX). During their time in these roles, they were responsible for the acquisition, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration of GuestVision into Jonas Software, as well as the development and execution of strategic plans while overseeing the day to day management of the business with a focus on marketing and business development.
