Elad Silvas

Elad Silvas has been in the field of data science since 2012. Elad started their career at YAD 4 as a Data System Analyst in 2012, where they were responsible for analyzing costs and benefits for the system to check its profitability, as well as analyzing ways to add new functionality. In 2013, they began working at Wise Data Media as a Data Analyst & BI Developer, where they were responsible for designing and creating system reports related to the company's product using Tableau, developing notification tools for analysts and customers, and creating the company's Database on AWS. In 2015, they joined Wise Data Media (Wiseair) as a Data Scientist, where they built large-scale Machine Learning / Statistical solutions with flexible technological capabilities, created a Statistical RTB Machine, and used ML methods such as Hierarchical Cluster, K-Means Cluster, KNN, Random Forest and Bayesian Network. In 2018, they began working at Guesty as a Data Scientist, and then became the Data Science Manager. Also in 2018, they began working at Webpals Group as a Data Scientist.

Elad Silvas received their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2014. Elad then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Data Science at the same university, which they completed in 2018. Prior to this, Elad attended Ironi Daled High School from 2000-2006.
