Tomer Bareket has worked in the customer service and technical support field since 2010. From 2010-2013, they were a Senior Technical Support Engineer at 012 Golden Lines. From 2013-2015, they were the Head of Customer Support at SpotOption, where they managed and led a staff of 13 employees and implemented escalation procedures and SLA policies. From 2015-2017, they were the Director of Customer Services at Contixo Technologies, where they established a new support team in Georgia and managed, recruited, trained, and led employees. From 2017-2018, they were the Technical Support Team Lead at Bringg, where they led a team of Technical Support Engineers and served as the technical focal point of both customers and other employees outside the R&D team. Since 2018, they have been the Tier 3 Support Team Lead at Guesty.
Tomer Bareket completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Sapir College between 2010 and 2013.
