Lisa Kost

Lisa Kost is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and regulatory oversight within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners since July 2011, Lisa leads the Guggenheim Investments Employee Activities team and manages critical functions such as Outside Business Activities, Private Investments, and Email Surveillance. Additionally, Lisa has held various roles at Guggenheim, including Acting Chief of Staff to the CCO and Director within the GPIM Compliance Department, focusing on information barriers and trading activity. Prior experience at Citi included the positions of Vice President and Assistant Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed implementing trading restrictions and conflict clearance for investment banking transactions. Lisa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Wagner College in 2005.
