Terese Hayes

Terese (Tari) Hayes is a Senior Consultant at Guidacent, Inc. since December 2023 and the Founder and Managing Director of Hayes Solutions Group, established in June 2023, specializing in project management, change management, business analysis, and Scrum Master services. Previously, Tari served as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at King County, WA, where management of a custom EHR platform was achieved through extensive discovery and design sessions. Additional experience includes roles as Department Transition Analyst/Organizational Change Management for the City of Seattle, and various positions in the City of Albany, Oregon, focusing on ERP projects and budget management. Tari's early career included work as a Senior Executive Assistant to the Director at the Oregon Department of Transportation. Education includes ongoing learning through Life Long Learning programs and a Data Analytics Certificate from Washington State University, set to complete in June 2024.
