Simon Blockley

Simon Blockley has over 20 years of experience in recruitment outsourcing and managed services. Simon is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Global Managed Services at Impellam Group, where they oversee Guidant Global, Comensura, Barpellam, and Flexy. In this role, they provide workforce and recruitment solutions for businesses across various disciplines. Prior to their current position, Simon served as the CEO of Guidant Global, where they implemented the company's "People-Lead-Growth" strategy. Simon has also held roles such as Managing Director at Guidant Global, Managing Director of Outsourced Recruitment Services at Resource Solutions Group PLC, and Commercial Director at Advantage xPO. Simon's career experience spans across various industries, with a focus on the telecommunications sector during their time at S.Com Group PLC and T-Mobile.

Simon Blockley attended Forest School from 1986 to 1995. From 1996 to 1999, they studied Business Studies with Human Resources and Management at Middlesex University, earning a BA (Honours) degree with an Upper Second Class.
