Peleg Samson

Peleg Samson is the VP of Customer Success at Guidde. Prior to joining Guidde, Samson served as the Senior Director of Global Support at Armis where they built a global technical support organization from scratch with teams in Israel and North America. During their time at Armis, Samson was responsible for maintaining a high CSAT score and NPS score.

Previously, Samson worked as the Cloud Service Manager at Radware. In this role, Samson was responsible for leading Radware's customer success and support teams. During their time at Radware, Samson improved the onboarding rate and designed a new onboarding flow which resulted in lower churn.

Peleg Samson reports to Dan Sahar, CEO & Co-founder. Peleg Samson works with Naor Giat - Director of Business Development, Amit Lasry - VP R&D, and Moran Altarac - Director of Marketing.
