Tawna Crispin

Tawna Crispin has extensive experience in leadership and volunteer management, currently serving as the Puppy Raising Field Manager at Guide Dogs for the Blind since September 1993, where responsibilities include supporting volunteers and puppies to empower lives through exceptional partnerships. Additionally, Tawna has played a significant role as a Volunteer Leader for the Snohomish Puppy Raising club, emphasizing volunteer training and appreciation. Previous experience includes serving on the Executive Board of the Lighthouse Cooperative, focusing on outreach, public relations, and organizational development, as well as chairing the Volunteer Executive Board at Family and Lifelong Learning Cooperative Preschool, where initiatives led to increased enrollment and fundraising success. Tawna also held roles at the YMCA of Snohomish County and Kitsap Family YMCA, managing large teams and programming. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Communication and a Certificate in Applied Animal Behavior from the University of Washington.
