Lori Hartman

Lori Hartman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lori began their professional career as an Elementary Education Teacher at West Des Moines Community Schools in 1994 and continued in this role until 2005. Following that, they joined Principal Financial Group as an Instructional Designer, a position they held for almost a decade from 2005 to 2014. In 2014, they transitioned to GuideOne Insurance, where they held multiple roles over the years. Lori started as a Sales Training Manager and later became the Director of Sales Operations from 2014 to 2022. Currently, they serve as the Director of Distribution and Operations at GuideOne Insurance.

Lori Hartman obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education from Iowa State University in 1993. From 2000 to 2003, they pursued a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instructional Technology at the same university.
