Corey Waldman

Corey Waldman has a diverse work experience that includes roles in project management, research management, client services, marketing, supply chain, division leadership, property management, and contracting. Currently, Corey is a Project Manager at Guidepoint, where they started in December 2022. Previously, Corey worked as a Research Manager and a Client Services Associate at Guidepoint from July 2022 to December 2022 and from July 2021 to July 2022, respectively. Before joining Guidepoint, Corey served as a Marketing and Supply Chain Associate at Empire East West Imports LLC from April 2020 to August 2020. Corey also worked as a Division Leader at Camp Baco from June 2016 to August 2019. Corey gained experience as a Property Management Intern at AWRE LLC in May 2019 and as a Contractor at PLM Contracting LLC in May 2018 and May 2017. Their property management internship focused on tenant relations and facility maintenance, while their contractor roles involved general contracting work.

Corey Waldman attended Scarsdale High School, where they completed their secondary education. In 2017, they enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Corey pursued a degree in Marketing and successfully completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in 2021.
