Richard Ginsberg has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 25 years. Richard'smost recent role was as the SVP, Global Head of Engineering at Guidepoint, where they integrated Azure OpenAI into the company's processes to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Engineering at Guidepoint, where they managed software engineering, QA, and DevOps teams and implemented fault-tolerant architecture and disaster recovery environments.

Before joining Guidepoint, Richard worked at kgb as a Development Manager, leading the replatforming of European Directory Assistance sites. Richard also served as the Lead PHP Developer and Scalability Architect at kgb.

Richard gained valuable experience as a Senior PHP Developer at Rent The Runway, where they played a crucial role in rapidly scaling the system infrastructure and delivering feature enhancements.

Earlier in their career, Richard worked as a PHP Developer at Get On Drupal and as an Algorithmic Trader/Programmer at PTG Capital. Richard also served as a Statistical Arbitrage Trader/Programmer at Statistical Trading Technologies and as a Risk Arbitrage Trader/Programmer at Catalyst Trading.

Richard's career began at Goldman Sachs as an Associate, where they provided firmwide user support. Richard also worked as a Business Analyst/Programmer at Manhattan Information Systems.

Richard Ginsberg attended Bronx High School of Science from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained their high school diploma. From 1994 to 1998, they studied at Baruch College and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer Information Systems. In addition to their formal education, Richard Ginsberg acquired several certifications throughout their career. These include React.js Essential Training from LinkedIn in April 2023, Programming Foundations: Web Security from LinkedIn in March 2021, Series 24 certification from NASD in October 2000, Series 55 certification from NASD in August 2000, Series 63 certification from NASD in August 2000, and Series 7 certification from NASD in January 2000.
