Johana R.

Johana R. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and positions. Johana began their career in 2012 as an intern at Newlink Group, where they worked in monitoring. In 2012, they also worked as an independent political consultant. In 2015, they joined the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies as a Research Assistant Intern, contributing to curriculum development and conducting research. In 2016, they joined Custom Information Services as an Analyst, conducting research and analysis, as well as performing due diligence for multinational corporations. Finally, in 2019, Johana joined Guidepost Solutions as a Senior Analyst, later progressing to the role of Associate Director and then Director of Operations in 2023.
