Justin Reid has a diverse and extensive work experience. Justin started their career in 2000 as a Sales Representative for AT&T Mobility, where they excelled in acquiring new business and retaining existing customers. After that, they served as a Petty Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard before transitioning to a commissioned officer role. As a commissioned officer, Justin held several leadership positions, including Chief of the Law Enforcement Division and Chief of the Boat Forces Division. During this time, they supervised personnel, managed budgets, and conducted law enforcement missions. In 2012, Justin joined a consulting firm as the VP of Business Development, where they played a key role in strategic planning, business development, and building alliances with customers. In 2017, they joined G4S as the Director of the Southern Region, responsible for managing various security services globally. Currently, Justin works as a Security Consultant for Guidepost Solutions, where they oversee global protective operations and collaborates with Fortune 500 security professionals to mitigate security threats. Justin'sexperience includes expertise in areas such as cybersecurity, counter-terrorism, crisis management, and business strategy.

Justin Reid obtained a Doctor of Business Administration degree from New England College of Business in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science degree from the same institution in 2010. In 2009, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Homeland Security & Defense, also from New England College of Business. Before attending college, Justin attended Unipen Christian Academy from 1998 to 2000 and Mcneil High School from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their education, Justin has obtained various certifications in areas such as law enforcement and security from institutions like the United States Marshals Service, U.S. Coast Guard, Texas Commission on Law Enforcement, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), U.S. Department of Justice, and US Department of Homeland Security.
