Midas Smit

Midas Smit is currently employed at Guidion as an escalatiemedewerker since June 2023, responsible for handling complaints and coaching technicians to maintain partner relationships. In a previous role as a capaciteit medewerker, Midas managed weekly planning for a network of technicians, coordinated communications regarding scheduling, and interacted with partners. Midas also serves as a test rider for Cowboy, engaging potential customers in the e-bike experience since March 2024. A successful internship at DHL eCommerce Nederland involved designing a forecasting model, achieving an impressive score of 8. Midas has additional experience working as a barman at festivals and has progressed to the role of teamleider at Plus Koot, where responsibilities included team management. Midas is pursuing education at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, currently enrolled and also having completed a minor in Veranderkunde as of February 2024.
