Vera van Koot

Vera Van Koot is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as COO at Guidion since September 2023, Vera is responsible for innovating technical services related to home installations and maintenance through a network of qualified experts. Prior to this, Vera held the position of Director Interim Services at Visma | Raet, focusing on ensuring business continuity for organizations experiencing HR capacity issues. Additional roles include Sales Director at Experis Netherlands, where Vera led the sales team in promoting IT services, and Strategic Account Manager at PEAK-IT Experis, concentrating on co- and outsourcing projects. With a strong background in business development and account management, including senior positions at Careermaker B.V. and Maandag®, Vera has demonstrated expertise in operational management and client relationship building.
