Debra Newcomer

Debra Newcomer, MA, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning design, facilitation, and leadership development. Currently serving as Principal at Guild since December 2024, Newcomer previously held multiple senior positions at Nomadic Learning, including Chief Customer Officer and Head of Content & Partnerships for the Josh Bersin Academy. Newcomer has collaborated with a diverse range of organizations, including the United Nations and Unilever, to create impactful learning solutions and elevate training experiences. With a strong background in education and curriculum development, Newcomer's expertise encompasses a variety of roles from Executive Director at The Oath Project to educator and consultant. Newcomer holds a dual MBA and MA degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland.
