Kristina Neff Burland

Kristina Neff Burland is a legal professional with extensive experience in privacy and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Privacy at Guild since October 2024, Kristina previously held the position of Senior Counsel and Director of Compliance and Privacy at Intealth from February 2021 to October 2024. Earlier in the career, Kristina worked as an Associate at Fox Rothschild LLP and DLA Piper, where tenure included a Summer Associate role and an externship at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Academically accomplished, Kristina earned a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif, after receiving a B.A. in Political Science from Davidson College. Kristina is admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
