David Glasson

David Glasson has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, specifically in risk management and compliance. David has held various leadership roles in companies such as Guild Insurance, Allianz Insurance, Bupa Aged Care Australia, Suncorp, and AAMI. David'sresponsibilities have included regulatory and compliance advisory, risk reporting, stakeholder management, project management, and team leadership. David has demonstrated expertise in implementing risk governance frameworks, improving claims performance, and strengthening compliance functions.

David Glasson's education history includes a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Macquarie Business School, obtained from 2007 to 2010. In 2014, they completed a certification in ISO 9001 and Internal Auditors Standard, focusing on Quality Management systems and internal audit from SAI Global. In 2012, David attended Maximus for Business Leadership training. David also completed Executive Coaching Level 1 from the Institute of Executive Coaching in 2011. In 1998, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Case Management specifically in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling/Counselor from Deakin University. David's earliest education in the field of Criminology was a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Melbourne, earned from 1990 to 1993.

In terms of additional certifications, David obtained Inspire Essentials from Gravitas in November 2016. Additionally, they received ISO Internal Auditor Training from SAI Global Compliance in January 2015.
