Lee Haughton

Lee Haughton has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with their most recent role being the Head of Business Solutions at Guild Insurance since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Customer Solutions at Guild Insurance from January 2018 to July 2022. Before joining Guild Insurance, Lee worked at IAG as the National Manager of Agency Solutions from June 2015 to December 2017. Lee also had various roles at CGU Insurance, including Business Owner of CUDOS from July 2011 to June 2015, Director of Operations, Projects and Solutions, Retail in February 2011, Director of Project & Solutions, Retail from December 2008 to January 2011, and National Operations Manager, Commercial Insurance from June 2007 to November 2008.

Lee Haughton obtained a Graduate Diploma of Insurance from Deakin University, though the specific dates are not provided. Additionally, they completed a Certificate IV in Project Management from CGU in-house training in 2002. Lee Haughton also attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they completed the course "Design Thinking for Innovative Problem Solving: A step by Step Course" in 2014.
