Paul Bloomer

Paul Bloomer started their work experience in 1993 as a Fulfillment/Reception Coordinator at Search Institute. Paul then moved on to become the Manager of the Fulfillment and Facilities Departments at the same company. In 2000, they joined Redleaf Press, where they held various positions including Operations Manager, Associate Director of Operations, and Co-Director. In 2014, Paul joined Think Small® as the Director of Operations, taking charge of facilities, IT, publishing operations, and the creation of a Data Division. Finally, in 2019, Paul became the Director of Operations at Guild Services, where they oversaw IT, Facilities, Marketing & Communications, and Operations. Paul later advanced to the position of Director of Finance and Lastly, as the Vice President of Finance.

Paul Bloomer has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. Paul also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007.
