Cozmo Kampanaos

Cozmo Kampanaos is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational management and investor relations within the mining industry. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Completion at Guinea Alumina Corporation S.A. since July 2019, Cozmo leads operational testing and certification to ensure project completion while managing interactions with finance parties to meet governance standards. Previously, at Newmont Mining Corporation, Cozmo held roles as Director of Investor Relations and Regional Director of Planning and Investment for Africa, focusing on corporate strategy, investor engagement, and capital project initiatives. Cozmo's earlier experience includes serving as GM of Business Planning & Improvement at London Mining and Managing Director at VibrantC Ltd, where strategic consultancy and funding initiatives were key components. Cozmo holds an MBA in International Finance, Strategy, and Operations Management from Cranfield School of Management and a B.Eng (Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Cardiff University.
