Scott Paul Frelund

Scott Paul Frelund is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction management and capital improvements. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Capital Improvements & Environmental Sustainability at Deployed Resources, LLC since April 2021, Scott oversees the execution of capital improvement projects and enhances skill development among field operations personnel. Previously, Scott held the position of Area Construction Manager at Guinea Alumina Corporation SA, where key achievements included leading the construction of a 250-person living accommodation for a major bauxite mining project. Additional experience includes project management roles at Red Sea Housing Services and Aaron Construction Group, with a strong focus on project planning, execution, and budget management. Scott holds an Associate's degree in Construction Management from Daytona State College.
