Dr. Keith Perry Phr, Shrm-Cp

Dr. Keith Perry, PHR, SHRM-CP, LSSGB, serves as an Employment Specialist - Case Manager at Gulf Coast Center since February 2022, focusing on rehabilitative training and employment services. Previously, Dr. Perry was an Education Specialist at LifeGift, overseeing training projects and assessing their impact. With extensive experience in academic settings, Dr. Perry held roles as an Associate Professor at the University of Phoenix and an Adjunct Instructor at Houston Community College, teaching various subjects while developing course content. Additional experience includes a Clinical Coordinator position at MHMRA of Harris County, managing outpatient services, and a Customer Care Manager role at Continental Airlines, facilitating HR functions for disabled passengers.
