James Steger

James Steger is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in cardiovascular technology and radiologic imaging. Currently serving as a Registered Cardiovascular Technologist at MedStar North Union Memorial Hospital since December 2023, Steger has held various roles including Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist and Staff Technologist at Gulf Coast Medical Center since October 2015. Additionally, Steger has contributed as an Adjunct Clinical Associate for the CVT Program at Florida SouthWestern State College from 2016 to the present. Previous positions include Cardiovascular Technologist at Heart Hospital of Austin and Radiologic Technologist at both MedStar Union Memorial Hospital and Johns Hopkins Hospital, where Steger worked in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. Steger holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Systems Management from the University of Baltimore and a Master's degree in Health Science from Florida Gulf Coast University, along with advanced imaging certifications from The Johns Hopkins School of Radiologic Technology.
