Trace Dillon

Trace Dillon serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Gulf Coast Collection Bureau since September 2020, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, including HIPAA and consumer finance regulations. Prior to this, Trace Dillon was Counsel for Financial Operations and Compliance at USASF Servicing, LLC from September 2017 to September 2020, overseeing a team while providing legal guidance for an automotive finance company with over 30,000 customers. From July 1999 to September 2017, Trace Dillon founded and managed The Dillon Law Firm PC, specializing in collections law across the Southeastern United States. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from Boston University.
