Jessica Stefanko possesses over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Consumer Lending at Gulf Winds Credit Union since March 2016. In this role, Jessica leads a proficient team of lending professionals, focusing on process improvements and enhancing member satisfaction. Prior to this position, Jessica worked at Pen Air Federal Credit Union from October 2013 to February 2016, where roles included Financial Services Representative, Consumer Loan Processor, and Consumer Loan Underwriter, supporting an established indirect lending program. Jessica holds an Associate of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Pensacola State College and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Ashford University.
