Christopher Schoate has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Christopher started their career as a US Forces Police officer in the United States Air Force Security Forces, where they performed law enforcement and crime prevention duties. Christopher then served as a Security Response Leader for the Presidential Air Group, responsible for security operations for Air Force One and other important aircraft. Christopher also worked as a Research Assistant at The University of Tennessee, conducting research and gaining proficiency in databases and research techniques.

In 2009, they transitioned to the automotive industry, working at DOWNTOWN NISSAN NASHVILLE as a Salesperson. Christopher excelled in this role, becoming the top salesman by overall rank in 2009 and by gross profit in 2010. Christopher then joined the US Army as a Recruiter, where they excelled in identifying and recruiting highly desirable candidates. Christopher was recognized as the top performing recruiter in their local area.

Continuing their career in recruiting, Christopher joined Covenant, serving as a Recruiting Manager and later as a Senior Recruiting Manager specializing in Highway and Contract Logistics. In 2021, they moved to Roadrunner as the Director of Recruiting before joining Gulf Winds International as the Vice President of Driver Recruiting and Retention in 2022.

Throughout their career, Christopher has displayed exceptional skills in recruiting, sales, law enforcement, and research.

Christopher Schoate completed their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they studied Criminal Justice at the Community College of the Air Force from 1999 to 2005. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Phone Sales Mastery and 7-Figure Sales Principles Certification from Cardone Training Technologies, Inc. in 2019, as well as Sales Mastery from RAIN Group in 2018.
