Iris Snoeck

Iris Snoeck is a resource manager at Gumption Group since March 2020, coordinating public tenders, expanding the freelance community, and supporting member companies' growth. Previously, Iris held roles such as Talent Attraction & Engagement Team Lead and HR strategist at The House of Wonder, Human Capital Coordinator at TheValueChain, and HR officer at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics. Earlier experience includes positions as an office manager, HR assistant, and educational roles at the University of Antwerp, alongside teaching yoga. Iris holds a Master's degree in Philosophy from the University of Antwerp and has completed additional training as a vertrouwenspersoon at Mensura in 2019.
